KORAS Aqua-Pol® Picco is a compact electropolishing machine developed especially for small production quantities in jewelry and precious metal manufacturing. Its electropolishing technology enables precise and controlled surface finishing while helping to achieve clean, smooth and uniform surfaces.

Thanks to its compact design and internal rotor system, Aqua-Pol® Picco requires minimal production space while providing professional polishing performance.

The machine is suitable for processing gold, silver, brass, bronze and stainless steel. Designed particularly for smaller production batches, it can be configured for capacities of 16, 24 or 32 pieces, depending on production requirements.

Gold and silver polishing can be performed using the same machine, helping simplify the production process. The process liquid used for gold applications is suitable for 8–21 carat yellow, red and white gold.

With a typical processing time of approximately 15–20 minutes, Aqua-Pol® Picco provides a fast and efficient solution for jewelry production. Precious metals removed during the process can also be fully recovered.

The interchangeable tank system provides additional production flexibility when different process compounds are required.
