KORAS Aquapol® 200 Electro Polishing Machine

KORAS Aquapol® 200 is a professional electro polishing system designed for high-volume polishing processes in jewelry and precious metal production.

Electro polishing provides a gentle and clean method for creating smooth and highly refined surfaces on jewelry during industrial production. The system can be used for polishing gold, silver, brass, bronze and stainless steel.

Aquapol® 200 provides a capacity of up to 192 rings or jewelry pieces per batch. With a processing time of approximately 15–20 minutes, the system provides a significant productivity advantage, particularly for jewelry manufacturers with high production volumes.

The system allows both gold and silver to be polished using the same machine. A single process liquid can be used for 8–21 kt yellow, red and white gold. In addition to rings, bracelets, necklaces and chains can also be processed in the same machine.
